Cutty Support
Need a hand?
For account access, playback, community-safety, or deletion help, email Cutty Support. Please do not include passwords, one-time codes, or Apple Music credentials in your message.
Sign-in help
Sign in with Apple works with any Apple Account. Email sign-in sends a one-time link or code to the address you enter. If it does not arrive, check spam, confirm the address, and request a new message; only the newest code or link may remain valid.
Apple Music and playback
Full-length playback and library saves require Media & Apple Music permission and an active Apple Music subscription. You can review the permission in iOS Settings. Without a subscription, available 30-second previews still play.
Reports and blocks
Open the ••• menu on a review, comment, or profile to report or block. Reports go to the moderation queue; blocks limit interaction and visibility between accounts. Do not use Cutty to report an emergency.
Delete your account
In Cutty, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email Cutty Support from the address associated with your account so we can help verify the request.
Sign in with Apple after deletion
When a valid Apple authorization is available, Cutty revokes it as part of account deletion. An older account may not have the grant Apple requires for automatic revocation. If Cutty directs you here after deleting that account, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, select Cutty (or the developer associated with Cutty), then choose Delete to stop using Sign in with Apple for the app.
Apple's Sign in with Apple account-management guide has current instructions. This manual step removes the Apple authorization; Cutty application data was already deleted by the in-app request.
